If you’ve recorded or uploaded a video and want to remove it from your account, follow the steps below.
Step-by-Step: Delete Your Video
Go to your Videos list.
Find the video you want to delete.
Click the ⋮ (three dots) icon on the right side of the video card.
Select Delete from the dropdown menu.
Confirm when prompted – the video will be permanently deleted.
Permissions Required
You can only delete videos that you own or have editing rights for.
If a video was shared with you with only “view” permission, the delete option will appear disabled.
In that case:
Ask the owner of the video to delete it for you, or
Request that they grant you editing access so you can delete it yourself.
Note: If someone has sent you a video through a video request page, you automatically receive editing permissions for that video and can delete it at any time.
Tip
If you’re unsure who owns the video, check the video details or contact your workspace admin for help.
